🥣Preparing Golden Pearls
1. Boil 3L of water on a pot;
2. Stir while adding golden pearls into the boiled water;
3. Start timing when pearl floats completely and turn to medium heat cook for 12min, Stir the golden pearls every 3min;
4. Turn off the heat and stew for 12min;
5. Filter the golden pearls with filter water to cool and clean the pearl;
6. Put into a bowl with golden syrup and 50ml hot water stir it;
7. Stand for 10min before use (Consume within 3 hours);
🥣 Preparing tea
1. Put tea leaves and 1.2L hot water into container;
2.Steeping for 10min;
3. Filter out tea leaves;
*Special Notes 👉 Kindly ensure Golden Pearls are cooked with 100% boiled water before it is served. This is to prevent the golden pearls are stick together.
*30% - 50% of Sugar Level is most preferred ❤️
